Chicken Ka-Bob-and-Neal's [-]
 Ingredients:
 1 Pound Large Chicken ·    1 Red Pepper (cut into large pieces)
 1 Green Pepper (cut into large pieces)
 1 Orange Pepper (cut into large pieces) · 6-8 Mushrooms
 2 Ears Corn (cut into large pieces) · 1 Large Red Onion (cut into large pieces)

 Preparation:
 Marinade chicken in Bob & Neals Original Sauce for 1-4 hours
 Skewer vegetables and chicken, and brush with Bob & Neal's Original Sauce
 Grill Approximately 5 minutes each side over medium flame
 Brush frequently with Bob & Neal's Original Sauce until chicken is cooked

 Serve with rice and salad

Bob & Neal's Chicken Pizza [-]
 Ingredients:
 6 oz Pizza Dough · 8 oz Tomato Sauce · 8 oz Whole Milk Mozzarella Cheese (coarsely grated)
 6 oz Cooked Chicken coated with Bob &Neal’s Original Sauce (marinade, then saute in Bob & Neal’s
 Original Sauce until cooked)
 6 oz Bleu Cheese Dressing · Corn Meal · Flour

 Preparation:
 Allow pizza dough to rise · Roll pizza dough on floured board to desired thickness
 Place rolled pizza dough on corn meal covered pizza stone or pan
 Top dough with tomato sauce
 Top sauce with coarsely grated mozzarella cheese
 Top mozzarella with cooked chicken covered with Bob and Neal’s original sauce
 Bake at 325 farenheit for 20 minutes or until desired
 Top with Bleu Cheese Dressing

Tomato Basil Sauced Chicken Wrap [-]
 Ingredients:
 2 Fresh Romaine Lettuce Leaves
 3 oz Cooked Chicken
 2 oz Bleu Cheese Dressing
 1 Tomato Basil Wrap

 Preparation:
 Lay out wrap · Center Romaine lettuce leaves in middle of wrap
 Place cooked chicken down center of lettuce
 Drizzle Bob and Neal’s Original Sauce on chicken
 Top with bleu cheese dressing · Roll wrap, cut for serving
 Serves 1
 






Marinated Bob & Neal’s Pork Chops [-]
 Ingredients:
 3/4 cup of Bob & Neal’s Original Sauce
 4 Bone-in or boneless pork chops, ½ inch thick

 Preparation:
 Pierce both sides of each chop several times with fork.
 Pour Bob & Neal’s over chops in shallow dish or zip lock plastic bag.
 Refrigerate for 1-24 hours. Discard marinade.
 Cook chops in nonstick skillet on medium heat 7 to 8 minutes on each
 side or until cooked through.
 Serve chops with additional Bob & Neal’s Original Sauce poured over them.
 
Bob & Neal's Roasted Pork Loin [-]
 Ingredients:
 Approxiamately 2 lbs pork loin
 16 oz Bob and Neal’s Original Sauce
 Salt and pepper to taste

 Preparation:
 Salt and pepper pork loin
 Brush pork loin with Bob & Neal’s Original Recipe Sauce

 Cook pork loin at 325 farenheit until 140 degrees
 Pour ½ of the balance of Bob & Neal’s on pork loin coating
 entire roast and return to oven to finish roasting
 Slice pork loin and top with reserve of Bob & Neal’s Sauce before plating
 Serves 4
